We hope everyone had a fun and festive fourth of July holiday! While the fireworks at Watson were a huge hit, the weekend isn’t over! Here is a list of even more events happening around the Prescott area to keep your celebration going and give you things to do this weekend.

Frontier Rodeo Days Craft Fair

This will be happening from today, Friday July 5th at 9AM (for those of you lucky enough not to have to work today) to Sunday July 7th at 5PM. It will take place in the downtown area and will be like many of the fairs we have over the summer where all of downtown Prescott is booths for buying things, good food, and the good company of those you keep. Come enjoy the beautiful weather and artistic wonder Prescott has to offer.

Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo Dance

Having kicked off last night at 8PM, the Rodeo Dance is a staple of the fourth of July holiday here in Prescott. It starts every night at 8PM, ending at 1PM, and ends Saturday night. Drinks, dancing, community, and fun, you’re sure to have a blast at this Rodeo week celebration.

Haven’t had a chance to make it out to the World’s Oldest Rodeo yet? Well, do not fear! The Rodeo is going on through Sunday evening and you still have the times listed below to make it out and partake in one of Prescott’s most cherished events. Don your boots and grab some of the delicious food served as you cheer on the competitors and have fun with your friends and family.

2019 Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo Parade

Tomorrow starting at 9AM and ending at 12PM, we have Prescott’s Rodeo Parade! If you know Prescott, you know we have a parade just about every major holiday, but if we are being honest, we wouldn’t have it any other way! We love our small town with its traditions and parades, and our all-out celebrations of treasured holidays. So, bring a blanket or chair, and come to downtown to watch and celebrate this beloved holiday. Make sure you wear comfy and breathable clothes, and put on some sunblock or bring an umbrella, because the temperature will be 84 degrees by 9AM and by the time noon rolls around it’ll be 93!
